Print Ad, trading as OhMyPanda ("we", "us", "our"), operates the website and sells products through it. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Products and Services

We offer customized photo frames, personalized gifts, printing services, apparel printing, acrylic gifts, bouquets, toys, accessories, readymade gifts, and related products. Many items are made to order according to customer specifications.

Orders and Acceptance

Orders are accepted only after full or agreed payment has been processed and we send an order confirmation by email or SMS. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the full amount.

Price and Payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Full payment may be required before production starts. Payment is processed via third-party payment gateways; we do not store full card details.

Customization, Proofs, and Approval

Customers are responsible for verifying and approving all photos, text, and design details supplied for customization. If we provide a proof for approval, production will commence only after explicit customer approval or after 48 hours of sending the proof if no response is received, unless otherwise agreed. We are not liable for errors in customer-provided content.

Customer Warranties for Uploaded Content

By submitting images, text, logos, or other content you warrant that you own or have permission or licence to use them and that use by us for production and order fulfillment will not infringe third-party rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use the content solely to produce and promote the order, subject to your promotional consent as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, graphics, and website content provided by Print Ad remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Shipping and Delivery

Readymade products are typically processed in 1–3 business days. Customized products are typically processed in 3–10 business days depending on complexity and order volume. Delivery within India usually takes 2–7 business days after dispatch. Shipping charges, delivery timelines, and tracking details are provided at checkout and by email, SMS, or WhatsApp when available. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, strikes, customs, or other events beyond our control.

Incorrect Address and Failed Deliveries

Customers must provide accurate delivery details and a reachable contact number. We are not responsible for failed or delayed delivery due to incorrect information provided by the customer. Additional charges for re-delivery or address changes may apply.

Cancellation

Orders for customized products cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. Readymade orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable except where the item is damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved design.

Readymade products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if unused, unopened, and in original condition.

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos and all packaging retained. We will inspect and, where appropriate, offer repair, replacement, or refund.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. We may require return of the product before issuing a refund or replacement.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the purchase price paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages except where prohibited by law. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or to any statutory consumer rights under applicable law.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, government actions, natural disasters, pandemics, or courier failures.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
