Customized Products
Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases where the item is damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved design.

Readymade Products
Readymade products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the issue. Please retain the original packaging.

Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment gateway or bank processing time.

Cancellations
Orders for customized products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
